What areas do you cover? 

We cover anywhere within greater London, including central London.  Our Princesses are very mobile and travel light so they don't usually require any parking arrangements. We may cover areas outside greater London, but please note travel expenses may apply - please enquire for details.

How many children can be at the party? 

Our parties work best when there are under 15 children in attendance. One Princess can entertain up to 20 children, and larger numbers will require a second entertainer. 

We specialise in small to medium scale parties. We offer a personalised service and we want to make sure your child gets the most out of it. In our experience, smaller parties run more smoothly and can be much more fun!  You can even request a one-to-one play time session  - the price is the same, so why not?

How About Boys?

All our games and activities are suitable for both boys and girls, and we will always adapt our parties taking into account the girl-boy ratio. Don't worry, we will make sure every single child has a great time!

How do I book?

To book get in touch through our Contact page with your preferred dates, times and requirements. We will then check for availability and get back to you. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.Bookings are not confirmed until the booking form and deposit have been received.  Please note deposits are non-refundable. The remaining payment should be paid 5 days prior to the party.

Do I need to prepare or supply anything?

No! You don't have to worry about anything - just enjoy the celebration! All our Princesses need is to secretly sneak in and out without being seen and a space to get changed. Please note we provide entertainment only, we DO NOT supply any food, venue hire, furniture (tables, chairs), etc. We do offer packages which include decorations & party bags.

Can I cancel a party?

We understand that sometimes things don't go quite as planned and that you may need to cancel a party. We require  48 hours notice for cancellations and are happy to re-book your party for an alternative date at no extra charge. 

Can adults stay for the party?

We require at least one adult to stay in the premises during the party. Our advice is for parents to drop their children at the start of the party and come back just before the end so they can catch the Coronation Ceremony and take some photos - not to be missed! 

Parents of the partygoers are welcome to stay and watch the party if they wish, but we ask all non-participants to keep the noise to a minimum so that the children can fully enjoy their time with the princess. 

Are you associated with Disney?

Ever After Princess Parties has no association with the Walt Disney Company. Our Princesses are inspired by traditional fairytale characters and are not associated with the Walt Disney trademarked characters. We do not intend to violate any copyright laws and any resemblance between our Princesses and copyrighted characters is purely incidental.
